Naturepaint Trading Terms 2006
Welcome to Naturepaint Ltd ("We or "Naturepaint"). Please note that You, ("You" and "Your") as a purchaser of Products made available through Naturepaint ("Products") and Your use of products provided by Naturepaint is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

Purchase of Products
You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from Naturepaint. Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating Your acceptance. When You have understood the Terms, please order the Products.

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the means stated. Naturepaint cannot guarantee when a credit card is used that a third party will not be able to access such information. If You have a concern about sending such information over the Internet, You should use one of the alternative means of payment.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order up to seven working days following delivery. Naturepaint will accept return of items sent back by You in saleable condition for a refund of the purchase and postage incurred by You in placing your order.

Delivery Charges
Except where free carriage is specifically indicated, a carriage and packing charge of £4.95 (inc. VAT) applies to all orders up to a value of £75.00. For orders over £75.00 the charge will be £6.95 (inc. VAT). Delivery is available to UK mainland only and usually takes 3-5 working days. If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Naturepaint by You with full particulars as soon as reasonably practicable. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising. Naturepaint does not offer an export service at this time.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
If You are not completely satisfied with Your Naturepaint Product You may return it in the same condition as despatched within twenty-eight days with the sales receipt and in the original packaging for a refund. If You wish to return Products, please send Us an e-mail to Naturepaint Customer Service at: returns@Naturepaint.co.uk. Please state Your transaction number, the reason for returning the Product and whether You would like a refund or a replacement Product.
If You are returning any Products, please send them to: Naturepaint ltd The Old Dairy, Fonthill Bishop, Wiltshire UK SP3 5SH. This is our address for returns and any other communication.

If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Please note that there can be slight variations between batches due to slight differences in natural pigments. For covering large areas requiring more than one packet We recommend mixing packets.

Warranties
You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of Products You order. Please contact Us if You require further information. If Naturepaint discovers that a price was mis-stated or that a Product is out of stock, Naturepaint will either notify You by e-mail or give You the option of cancelling the sale.

Health and Safety
Naturepaint makes available in good faith information about its Products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that Products supplied will be safe and without undue risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation. If You are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the Products or You become aware of any risk to health and safety, You should contact Us.

Sale of Goods
All Products are believed by Naturepaint to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Naturepaint immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Naturepaint in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Naturepaint. Should You have any cause for concern, You should cease using the product at once and contact us immediately on 0845 3670140 for advice.

General
Your purchase of Products from Naturepaint will be a contract made in England and under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to You. Your rights are unaffected. Naturepaint can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the Naturepaint site or by notifying You by e-mail. Further purchase of Products after such posting or notification constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Content - Naturepaint ltd provides this site on an "as viewed basis" and therefore makes no guarantees or warranties to this site or its contents. For the closest colour match we recommend You order a colour sample.

Customer's data stored on Naturepaint's secure server complies with statutory requirements. This data will not be made available to any other company without your agreement.
